Our Products

All of our barbecue products are home made at our butchers shop in Meldreth. Our Pork comes from an award winning farmer at Barnston in Essex www.greatgarnetts.co.uk. Our pork sausages are award winning 2 x Gold 1 x silver 2014 1 gold 2015 and full of lean pork min 80%. With over 45 years experience in the butchery trade we pride ourselves on selecting quality meat from local farms. All our pork, lamb and beef used in our BBQ & Hog roasts are bought directly from farms where they are reared.

Payment arrangements

Payment arrangements are 25% Deposit on booking of your Hog Roast or BBQ. 50% 10 days before your event. The last 25% Cash on the day. We Charge Milage at 75p per mile travelled to your Hog Roast or BBQ (both ways). Or you can pay the last 75% all cash on day of event.
